Transactions
All transactions are processed through Stripe Payments. Your credit card details are not revealed to us and are never stored on our server or database. This webshop allows payments in the form of direct bank transfers, credit cards, and iDeal.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is completed, and another email once your payment is processed and your order is dispatched.
If we find that availability of any product ordered is not as stated on the website, you will be notified shortly, and your credit card will be refunded for that portion of the order.
Delivery
I do our best to get your order out as fast as possible. Please note: I do NOT ship orders on the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process. Most handling and shipping are done on Mondays and Wednesdays.
The time it takes to receive your order will vary according to the shipping method used. As a general guide you should expect to pay the following shipping costs, and receive your order within the following timescales after shipment has taken place:
NL: €5 / 2-3 days
EU: €15 / 2-14 days
Rest of the world: €30 / 5-15 days
Please note that overseas delivery times can vary considerably from country to country.
Return Policy
You may return goods if they are received damaged, or if the incorrect item is delivered. You will be refunded the cost of goods once we have received the goods. Before returning an item, you are required to send an email to info@lindazhengova.com to inform us that the goods are being returned, stating the concerning books and reason of return.
